Low-cost Good Performance Polyester Resin NH3387 for General Industrial Powder Coating
◇ Applications:
NH3387 is a saturated carboxyl polyester resin for applications of polyester/TGIC powder coating system. The balance between high leveling, high weather resistance and mechanical properties of powder coating was perfectly solved. The coating is prepared by mixing resin, pigment and filler, curing agent and other additives in a certain proportion, and then by hot extrusion, crushing and screening. They are stored stably at room temperature. After electrostatic spraying or fluidized bed dip coating, they are heated, baked, melted and solidified to form a flat and bright permanent film, so as to achieve the purpose of decoration and anti-corrosion.

Two-screw extruder
Zone I: 90～110℃ Zone II: 110～120℃
Speed of revolution: 500～1200rpm
Fineness of powder: ＜100μm
◇ Application Condition:
Electrostatic spraying with: 40～70KV
Coating film thickness: 50～100μm
Degreased cold-rolled steel 0.5mm
◇ Curing Requirement: 200℃×10~20min
◇ Film Properties:
Gel time(180℃,sec) 320~420
Horizontal flow(180℃,mm): 26~29
Gloss(60°): ≥88%
